Our policy lasts 30 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Certain goods are exempt (perishables, intimate items, hazardous materials, gift cards).
Adapt X.1 is backed by a 60-night money-back guarantee. If it isn’t right for you, contact us within 60 nights of purchase for a full refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm approval or rejection. Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within a few business days. Only regular-priced items may be refunded; sale items cannot.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account again, then contact your credit-card company and bank — processing time varies. If you still need help, contact us.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us by email.
You are responsible for paying your own return-shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable and, if a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping may be deducted.
